Project Manager

 

Clarity Capital is seeking a Project Manager (marketing/operations).

 

This is a dynamic junior-managerial role that will leverage a candidate’s experience with marketing and administrative skills, particularly CRM. Role involves frequent interaction with senior management located in Tel Aviv and New York, including CEO. Knowledge of financial markets and investment terminology is a plus but not required.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Direct marketing activities, including organizing events, conferences, etc.
  • Prepare all marketing, presentation (and alongside legal team) onboarding materials
  • Manage CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Manage website and social media
  • Supervise PR activities
  • Supervise intern program
  • Supervise and implement special projects assigned by senior management (CEO, CIO, COO, etc.)

 

 Qualifications

 

  • Minimum two years of experience in a marketing and/or administrative capacity
  • Native English, including high-level English writing ability
  • Intermediate Hebrew, conversational, reading & writing
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of management, including directly with CEO
  • Proficient in Excel and design software (Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Very responsive and service oriented
  • Attention to detail, pro-active, motivated and enthusiastic

Senior DBA/Data Analyst

 

Opportunity to get in at the ground level of an emerging quantitative hedge fund and work alongside highly experienced quant professionals.

 

1. SQL expert, ideally MS SQL Server 2014+

 

2. Scripting expert, any language (C#/Python preferred)

 

3. Will be responsible for all of our data systems and the processes which interact with them

 

  + Construction and maintenance of our traded securities database

  + Creation and maintenance of daily data processing tasks to prepare data for each trading day

  + Onboarding and integration of new datasets into our data environment

  + Creation of data analysis and reporting scripts/tools to allow us to view useful information and statistics from our data

 

4. Financial experience a plus, but not required.  Must be willing to quickly learn basic trading, finance, and equities concepts (corporate actions, identifiers) etc.

 

5. MUST be a self-starter and self-learner, and have a good approach to architecture and design to allow systems to be extensible and flexible as we grow and needs change.

 

6. 5+ years relevant work experience -- minimum.

Quantitative Researcher (Quant Hedge Fund)

 

Opportunity to get in at the ground level of an emerging quantitative hedge fund and work alongside highly experienced quant professionals.

 

This position is responsible for designing and adding trading algorithms in a simulation environment on behalf of a quantitative hedge fund.

 

Requirements:

  1. Education: undergraduate degree in technical discipline (mathematics, computer science, physics, etc.)
  2. Significant programming experience - highly proficient in at least one programming language.
  3. Financial experience a plus but not required. Must be willing to quickly learn basic trading, finance, and equities concepts
