Client Relationship and Sales Manager

What we’re looking for:


We are looking to add a qualified team member to our BD/CRM team. The ideal candidate is a great marketer, customer service focused, a great communicator, problem solver, has a great attitude and is a team player. The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for all elements of a client's activity. This includes and is not limited to: generating leads of individuals and families and turn them into clients as well as creating marketing channels, ongoing client communication, monitoring client’s accounts, and communicating with third parties on behalf of the client.


In order to perform your role, you will need to develop an understanding of Clarity’s investments, service offerings, operational capabilities, culture and vision in order to efficiently diagnose issues and solve problems that inevitably arise in the course of a client relationship. You will manage the relationship with the client from initial contact to on-boarding to day to day client relationship management




  • Generate leads to prospects, organize meetings with prospects and turn them into clients.

  • Track and monitor the accounts of the client.

  • Manage client relationship - Ongoing communication with the Client to ensure all financial and other needs are properly met.




  • BA or a higher academic degree.

  • ADVANTAGE - Licensed Investment Adviser by the ISA

  • A broad relationship with target clientele.

  • Proven experience in raising money, preferably for private wealth management, or related services.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial sector.

  • Fluent in both English and Hebrew.

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office

  • Strong numerical skills.

  • The ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment that demands full compliance with policies and procedures

  • An organized, accurate, energetic, hard-working individual who is willing to go above and beyond.

  • Works independently.
